It is our world-class infrastructure that permits us to house massive Hot-Dip Galvanising and Fabrication facilities near Vadodara. These operate on state-of-the-art systems and machines like Smart GEKA CNC machines and FICEP CNC Machines, enabling direct reading of drawings to punch, stamp and cut steel in any shape, size or bend without distortion. Alongside, we also have CNC Plate Punching Machine, Plate Shearing Machine, Straightening Machines, Drilling CNC machines, MESSER L&T CNC Profile Cutting Machines, Drilling Machines, MIG Welding Machines, latest Roll-forming Line to manufacture Metal Beam Crash Barriers, and C, Z Profiles ideal for Solar Module Mounting Support Structures. It is this world-class infrastructure that arms us to manufacture and offer an array of top-notch products for a wide range of industries.
The full-fledged welding shops manage our fabrication needs is the most optimum way. With the High Velocity Galvanizing Furnace (12.2 Mtr. X 1.2 Mtr. X 2.00Mtr.), we ensure that our structures are strong, corrosion resistant and aesthetically done up.
At APS, every stage of production and execution is managed the help ofmore than 13 strong load bearing EOT cranes and 8 mobile cranes, ensuring efficient, safe and easy material handling at different stages.
